Engr. Mylvin Jr. D. Arquiza

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering Mapua Institute of Technology (PH) 2005
Professional Associations: Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers
Registered Civil Engineer Philippines 2006

Mylvin Jr. took on the mantle of establishing the company philosophy. He has been responsible for overseeing all aspects from planning, costing, and project implementation & management.

With over 17 years of experience, Mylvin Jr. has contributed to numerous projects from the Philippines to UAE and Singapore. These projects range from retail and residential to high-rise commercial mixed-use developments.

He worked with MDC’s Rockwell projects & also with McDonald when his career had just started in the Philippines.

He is focused on leading the company to become a global construction firm with expertise in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction, project development, and planning. They aim to combine cutting-edge technology, knowledge, and finance to succeed in the complex market.

Gen is an experienced architect who serves as president and design head. With over 17 years in the field, she began her career in Singapore, completing a two-year apprenticeship program and passing her licensure examination in 2006. Gen’s specialties include design consultancy, project management, and construction. She has led and collaborated with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams on large-scale projects in Singapore’s highly technical and complex environment.

Gen has extensive experience in executive management, technical, and project leadership of complex projects, including high-rise residential and commercial developments, hotels, and mixed-use facilities.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design at the Philippines Women’s University to enhance her project skills.
