- Project Details: A 2-Storey Residence with Modern Industrial Interior Finish. There is an old existing 2 Storey Structure, we design the layout and added new structure on their vacant property. We integrated the old with the new structure to come up with a modern look. This 4 Bedroom, 2 Toilet and Bath, a Powder Room, 2 Car garage with gardens in front and on the side is with a holistic approach in every space. Plain cement walls and floor with special treatment, wood grain floor tile finish for bedrooms, ceiling painted in white, accent of wood on cabinetries and combination of metals painted in black finish to achieve the Industrial look.
